  • In the event of loss or theft, report the event to the police within 24 hours

    You need to report loss or theft to the police within 24 hours. You will receive a case number which we will need to handle your claim.

  • The following information is required within 30 days of the incident:

    You must send us all the information we ask for within 30 days of the incident. Below is a list of the typical information we need, but we may ask for more depending on the details of your claim.

    • Repair or replacement quotation or invoice.
    • Damage report to confirm the cause of damage (if applicable).
    • ITC/blacklisting reference number for mobile phone / tablet claims (if applicable).
    • Proof of forcible and violent entry/exit (if applicable).
    • Proof of ownership.
    • The police reference number (accident report or case number).
