How to Claim – Car Insurance

  • Report the event to the police within 24 hours

    You need to report an accident or event to the police within 24 hours. You will receive a case number which we will need to handle your claim.

  • The following information is required within 30 days of the incident:

    You must forward us all the required information within 30 days of the incident. Below is the typical information we will need, but we may ask for more information depending on your claim.
        Clear copy of the drivers licence.
        Sketch and description of the incident.
        Photographs taken from the scene (if any were taken).
        Third party details (if another person was involved).
        The police reference number (accident report or case number).
        A copy of the statement made to the police.

In order for insurers to effectively manage your claim they will recommend an approved service provider convenient to you who will provide a quotation for your vehicle repair.
