You need to report loss or theft to the police within 24 hours. You will receive a case number which we will need to handle your claim.

You must send us all the information we ask for within 30 days of the incident. Below is a list of the typical information we need, but we may ask for more depending on the details of your claim.
- Repair or replacement quotation or invoice.
- Damage report to confirm the cause of damage (if applicable).
- ITC/blacklisting reference number for mobile phone / tablet claims (if applicable).
- Proof of forcible and violent entry/exit (if applicable).
- Proof of ownership.
- The police reference number (accident report or case number).
